Cancellations received after Sunday night 9.00pm before the rally date you have booked into = no refund as we have to commit to bookings with instructor. Club will try to resell your spot and if successful will credit your club account. You must use this credit within 3 months. Cancellations prior to the closing time noted above = credit applied to your club account for a future rally.
You must use this credit within your current financial membership term.
Please check bookings confirmed page to see if you have a credit and your booking has been receipted.
- Provisional (not paid) bookings are not accepted but you can take a chance that there is a spot free in a lesson due to last minute cancellations and pay on the night. You must pay via cash at rally's via the club "Post Box" for future rally's to be sure you don't miss out, or that night (if there happens to be space in a lesson still).
- Bookings are best made by PayPal (no extra charges). PayPal date and time stamps your booking making it more secure and sends a copy of your booking to the lesson co-ordinator.
socialise / desensitise or ride, you can pay :
$20 for members
$40 for non - members
($20 day membership + $20 horse on grounds fee) Please read notes on day membership page
Yes you need some sort of Membership to bring a horse to our events so take your pick. Yearly is the cheapest in the long run. Anyperson to ride a horse or handle a horse on grounds has to be a member. If you are spectating and have not paid day membership or a full member then you are not covered by our insurance, and therefore not permitted to handle a horse on grounds under our hire.
We are originally an adult based riding club of 19 years and older as our founding members ruled in the constitution that still stands till the end of 2018. We are in the motions of changing this as of 2019 and allowing a full financial adult member who rides to bring along their child or children or partner to ride with them at discounted membership fees on the provision that they can ride completely independently and they can only ride/ participate if the full adult member is participating at such rally or event attending.
Meet and Greet catch up night, 5.30pm onwards
Past, Present and future members welcome!
Bring along your horse to familiarise it to the grounds, or go for a ride on the grounds, in the arena or have a play with some equipment or even come without your horse and have a social visit.
Just Bring a small plate to share something sweet or savoury for a light dinner. Membership forms will be available on the night for those who want to join. Please make sure you sign in or fill out all paperwork before you ride your horse for insurance reasons. Paperwork / sign in sheet will be located in the pony club shed.. Look forward to seeing you.
